Buyer’s Market or Seller’s Market everyone gets their limelight one way or another.  Just so happens that buyer’s are sitting in the limelight.  Most really are just sitting and not running into the light to buy properties.  So I ask why is that?  What is it that would make buyer’s and investors wait?
